Do you accept cash payments?
We currently accept both card and cash payments.
However, please note that from 3Oth June 2025 we will become a fully cashless restaurant and will no longer accept cash.
How can I make a reservation?
We accept reservations through SevenRooms for parties of 1 to 6 guests.
Live availability can be accessed via the “Reservations” button at the top of this page.
We do not take bookings by phone or email.
How can I make a booking for larger groups?
If you wish to make a reservation for parties larger than 6, or enquire about a private party,
please email us at reservations@naclondon.co.uk
Can I book a table just for desserts or coffee?
Reservations at NAC are for guests planning to dine from the main menu.
We’re unable to accommodate bookings for drinks or sweets only.
If you’re visiting just for desserts or coffee, you’re welcome to join us outside on a first-come, first-served basis — please add your name to the waitlist on arrival.
Can I reserve an outside table?
All outdoor seating is first come, first served.
It’s not possible to reserve outside tables in advance.
If you’d like to sit outside, simply sign up on our waitlist when you arrive.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we welcome walk-ins subject to availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations can be made via the “Cancel Reservation” link in your confirmation email.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your booking time.
What menus are available and when?
Brunch Menu: Saturday & Sunday until 5:45 PM
Daytime Menu: Monday to Friday until 5:45 PM
Evening Menu: Monday to Sunday from 6:00 PM onward
